As the title suggests, this reprographic process that I have called the DTF Film Transfer Printing Process allows you to first print onto a special film made of cotton or polyester with either a water based or eco solvent ink. That film is then sprayed with a hot-melt glue powder which sticks the design printed on the film as it cures it after heating. The last stage of this process is to transfer the design on to the fabric being worked on with a heat press. This method is quite fast and economical while allowing high resolution fabrics that do not fade even after multiple washes, hence it is globally sought most by garment manufacturers.
